Welcome to the online home of ArcticFlame
Fire, the passion and belief in one's music and one's self. Ice, the ability to ignore all who criticize or think they know what's best and continue doing what you believe in. These are just two of the qualities found in heavy metal's newest member, ArcticFlame. In a world where everyone follows the flavor of the month, AF sticks to their guns and creates music they grew up on and continue to enjoy.

ArcticFlame will be performing at a couple of all age shows this month. The band will only be doing a few scattered performances during the summer due to vacations and such. However, they are writing and rehearsing new songs for their second album. AF has finished working on 2 new songs that were written by guitarist, Rod Mariani. The first tune is "Desert Moon" which has been played at few shows, and the mid-tempo and heavy "Unknown God". Rod has also teamed up with drummer Mike Paradine for a slower number titled "AngelBlood". The band has also begun work on Don Dorio's classic metal sounding "Sky on Fire" and "Relentless", a fast and thrashy composition. Several other songs are in their infancy stage. Other songs that could appear on the album are the Dorio/Paradine 9 minute epic "Nosferatu" and the slow tempo sound of "Shadow of a Broken Man" which was composed by Dave Lowe and Rod Mariani. The band will continue to write new songs so that they will have a large selection to chose from when they begin recording.
