Welcome to the online home of ArcticFlame

Fire, the passion and belief in one's music and one's self. Ice, the ability to ignore all who criticize or think they know what's best and continue doing what you believe in. These are just two of the qualities found in heavy metal's newest member, ArcticFlame. In a world where everyone follows the flavor of the month, AF sticks to their guns and creates music they grew up on and continue to enjoy.

The new ArcticFlame album, “Shake the Earth” has again been delayed another week. Since the CD packaging is a new design, it seems the manufacturing plant still had some kinks to work out. To compensate for the delay, the company has added an 18” x 24” poster of the album cover to be included, but limited to the first 500 CD’s. The CD will come in a 12” inch high gloss, gatefold album cover, just like the old school live vinyl albums. One side will contain a special pocket to hold the CD while the other side will contain the poster. The album will be distributed in Europe by Hellion Records and Underground Power and worldwide by Pure Steel Records and directly from the band in the USA. Distributors, dealers and wholesalers are welcome, just inquire within. Sorry for this delay but not only is this a really kick ass packaging design but the music is heavily influenced by the NWOBHM, bringing to the forefront, memories of the premier days of metal……

If you didn't show up at the Clash Bar on Saturday night, well, you missed a good night of heavy metal. The band wishes to thank Infernal Opera for putting on the Pure Metal Chaos shows. Good bands, good friends and of course good beer...The Clash bar is good old fashion rock n roll joint. Very cool place.... The band takes a small break to begin writing for the next album. 3 new songs have been started and almost completed with a planned recording session in the beginning of September. Well, take care and hope to see you soon...Morty.

The show at Roxy and Dukes was another great nite of metal. The club itself is unique do to the fact it resembles an old burlesque house. Great stage, great sound and atmosphere along with Crawl to Chaos and Division 1.1, joined by yours truly, became a memorable might if metal. Photos of AF from the show have been posted on the "Photos" page.
