Welcome to the online home of ArcticFlame

Fire, the passion and belief in one's music and one's self. Ice, the ability to ignore all who criticize or think they know what's best and continue doing what you believe in. These are just two of the qualities found in heavy metal's newest member, ArcticFlame. In a world where everyone follows the flavor of the month, AF sticks to their guns and creates music they grew up on and continue to enjoy.

The Wreck Room was a great surprise. Thanks to all the crazy people that came out. What we thought would be a pretty calm night turned out to be a real rock and roll blast! We didn't expect it. Another great line up of bands. All solid musicians. Thanks to the Penny Royals, a pro punk band. Good luck on your tour.

Another great night at the Pirates den (as usual). We had the fortunate pleasure of performing with 2 really good bands. The band Tagg were different but interesting. They had sort of a Pink Floyd/Led Zeppelin vibe to them. They also put good use to a Theremin which we haven't heard in a while. The next group, 454, were superb. They sounded like if Eddie Van Halen had joined early Metallica. We've heard other bands try this and they could never pull it off. They had a seamless transition of good fret board work into heavy rhythms. Crowd reaction to our set was awesome and we thank everyone who stuck around and hung with us after the show. Hope our next show at the Den on Friday, Feb 4th, goes as well.
