Welcome to the online home of ArcticFlame

Fire, the passion and belief in one's music and one's self. Ice, the ability to ignore all who criticize or think they know what's best and continue doing what you believe in. These are just two of the qualities found in heavy metal's newest member, ArcticFlame. In a world where everyone follows the flavor of the month, AF sticks to their guns and creates music they grew up on and continue to enjoy.

Saturday night was a perfect example of making a bad situation and turning it into a positive one. Many fans had showed up at Double D’s Entertainment Complex not knowing that SAXON had cancelled. People came in from Poland, Venezuela, Spain and Canada and needless to say, were a bit pissed. Though extremely disappointed, they stuck around, had a few beers and checked out ArcticFlames set. The past few shows have shown AF at their best and this was no exception. Burning on all cylinders, AF performed an hours worth of material plus an encore to the sparse but overly responsive audience. With Morty spiting smoke from his mouth and the band turning up the jets, the night resurrected the celebration of true heavy metal. Afterwards the band met everyone and were congratulated on an excellent performance. The band met some cool people from several countries and hope to meet them again. AF has been guaranteed to perform with SAXON when they return in March 2006 and wishes that everyone would come in again and enjoy another night of metal. Cheers to all that attended…thanks!!!!
